Responder1 is committed to providing high quality standards of vocational education and training, we aim to provide a happy, friendly atmosphere in which to learn.
Responder1 will ensure that you will receive the opportunity to fulfill your personal potential during your training and every endeavour will be made by staff to accommodate the training to meet your individual needs.
It is important to keep this handbook on hand during your training, as it will provide additional guidance as you progress throughout your training. In this handbook, you will find information about Responder1 ’s policies and procedures, together with forms and documents that you may need to refer to and/or complete.
If you have any suggestions on how we can improve our Policies and Procedures, please complete an “Opportunity for Improvement” form and submit to the RTO Manager.
We sincerely hope your time at Responder1 is a memorable and productive learning experience.
